Current Workout/Supplement Regimen
Here’s a little insight into my current workout/supplement regimen.
Workout Routine over the last couple months has been Wendler 5-3-1.
Supplements currently taking:
Morning Shake- MuscleTech Performance Series- Mass Tech
Pre-Workout: MuscleTech Performance Series NitroTech mixed with Now Sports Beta Alanine, and 200mg caffeine tablet
Post Workout- MuscleTech Performance Series NitroTech mixed with MuscleTech Concentrated Series Creacore
I’ve seen the biggest gains in all of the big lifts with this workout routine and supplement regimen.
