All-Purpose Shredded Crock-Pot Chicken PREP TIME 5 minutes   SERVINGS 4 servings Ingredients 1 cup  chicken broth 1  leek  ( cleaned and sliced ) 1 / 2   yellow onion  ( diced ) 1  carrot  ( chopped ) 1  celery  ( chopped ) 2  bay leaves 3 cloves  garlic  ( smashed ) 3 tsps  fresh thyme 1 handful  fresh parsley leaves 1 sprig  rosemary  ( optional ) 4  chicken breasts 1 tsp  salt  ( according to taste ) 1 / 2  tsp  black pepper

Here is a very simple crockpot recipe, and it is actually very healthy for you. I like recipes like these, you can throw everything in the crockpot in the morning, then set it, and forget it  Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cans diced tomoatoes (don’t drain) 1 packet Lipton garlic and herb seasoning Directions: Mix tomatoes and seasoning packet in crockpot, Add chicken and mix around. Serve over your favorite pasta. (I used whole grain penne)
